The BETA 1700 l/m – 3000 l/m Hydrant Carts

Built on an aluminium chassis. All piping is stainless or custom aluminium designed for longer life and faster flow rates. This cart meets or exceeds NFPA 407, ATA 103 standards and is fully zoned compliant to EI standards. All of our equipment comes with an aluminium vessel, filter water separator or filter monitor, so there is no epoxy and less maintenance.

3000 l/m HYDRANT TRUCK

The BETA 3,000 LPM Hydrant Trucks (3,800 LPM Military Version) come standard with our Central Command Module. The CCM allows you to have remote connectivity to your equipment, giving you everything from real-time vehicle operational data to fuel delivered. It also provides improved operator safety with interlock override logs, E-stop, high DP, GPS and positioning cameras to avoid collisions. All of these feature’s help reduce gate delays by simplifying the fuel process with on-screen instructions and on-the-job training.

Refueling Trucks

The BETA 3K (/4k/7k/10k Refueler Truck

Built on a rigid chassis and flow rates from 1,200 l/m to 3,000 l/m. Our trucks come with our Central Command Module, which allows you to simplify the fueling process. All piping is stainless or custom aluminium designed for longer life and faster flow rates. Also, this cart meets or exceeds NFPA 407, ATA 103 standards and is fully zoned compliant to EI standards. Aluminium Vessels & Filtration

Military Applications

The Dual-Filtration Cart can flow upwards of 1200 GPM or 2x 600 GPM for two separate fuels (JP8 & Diesel). Fits in a Tricon unit for storage and aircraft deployment. This unit can be used in a disaster situation where the fuel is dirty and is in a remote location. Very easily transported and designed to our standards or reliability.

Filter Water Separators

BETA designs and builds to ASME and EI standards. We specialize in aluminium for lightweight mobile applications, resulting in higher safety and lower maintenance by eliminating epoxy coatings. Stainless and aluminium options are available in horizontal and vertical applications.

We offer two or three staged filter water separators to remove ultra-fine contamination and separate water from petroleum-based fuels.

FILTER CARTRIDGES / ELEMENTS

BETA Fueling Systems provides a full offering of replacement filter cartridges and elements for aviation fuel filter water separators and monitor filters. Vessels and replacement elements are available in the latest edition of EI 1581 and EI 1583 as well as API publication 1581, 3rd edition where the latest edition is not required.
